 As part of the Talent Academy, you will use CloudStratex’s home-grown training pathways to propel your understanding and knowledge of the IT industry. We provide funded technical and business professional qualifications and certifications, giving you the tools to succeed in your career, now and in the future.

You will have a personal career advisor who will help you to develop an individual training plan, which is shaped by your interests and also helps to addresses your weaknesses. The training plan will be based on where you want to go in your career and what you need to do to get there. 

Some examples of qualifications and certifications you can study towards include ITIL v4, PRINCE2, Agile Methodologies, ServiceNow Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS DevOps and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

 Throughout your time at CloudStratex, you will gain responsibility and develop leadership skills as you continuously improve and learn new skills. We will support as needed to help you get to where you want to be.
